Police: Miquan Stevens, of White Plains, stabbed girlfriend Markisha Glover to death in Mount Vernon

A Mount Vernon man has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend at her East Fourth Street apartment. Police say Miquan Stevens, 25, killed Markisha Glover, his 22-year-old girlfriend.
