yesterdayPolice have identified a man killed in a shooting in Mount Vernon.
The incident happened Friday around 153 S. Third Ave. around 11:40 p.m.
Police say they found Kwasi Kirton, 41, in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
Kirton was transported to Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
