A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run on Pulaski Highway.
Warwick police say the incident occurred at the intersection of County Route 1 and Pulaski Highway on Thursday night.
Officers found a man, 40, with serious injuries lying in the street. The suspect had left the scene.
However, police now say they have a 22-year-old Westtown man in custody, who is being charged with reckless endangerment and assault.
He will be released without bail pending a future court date.
