Eric Schrader, a 44-year-old man, was arrested months after driving his pickup truck into a Dunkin' in Pine Bush last September while under the influence of drugs, police say.

Schrader sustained serious injuries in the incident and was only released from the hospital last month.

According to police, no one was inside the Dunkin' at the time of the crash, which resulted in the building being demolished afterward.
