Police say that divers and rescue boats pulled a stolen SUV out of a lake in Orange County this morning.

According to authorities, the empty vehicle was left submerged in Beaver Dam Lake in Salisbury Mills after it was reported stolen in Chester last week.

A witness told police that three men in their late teens or early 20s were seen running from the area, but were not wet. Detectives believe they might have pushed the SUV into the lake and are trying to track down the men.
