yesterdayPolice say a delivery driver who was assaulted in Monsey is
now recovering from his injuries.
The incident happened on Thursday in front of a Kosher grocery store on Route
59 in Monsey.
Authorities tell News 12 the victim was making a delivery to the business when
another man assaulted him. The victim suffered a concussion and required facial
stitches.
A 41-year-old man from Monsey has been arrested and charged with second degree felony
assault.
