Police have released photos of a man they call a person of interest in the investigation into vandalism at a Wesley Hills synagogue.
Swastikas and other graffiti were spray painted on Kehillas Bais Yehudah Synogogue in January. Police have viewed surveillance video from two nearby gas and convenience stations to try to find a suspect. They hope the man on the tape will have information that could assist them in the case.
Police are treating the vandalism as a hate crime. Ramapo police ask anyone with information to call their Tip Line at 1-888-988-TIPS.
