Police in Rockland County are searching for a hot dog truck that was stolen last week.Authorities say three men pulled into an Orangeburg parking lot at night, cut the lock off "Fred's Franks" trailer, hitched it to their pickup truck and drove away.The owner, Fred Martucci, says the hot dog wagon was his livelihood.
