Police: Spring Valley man killed in head-on collision on Palisades Interstate Parkway
Police say a car driven by 67-year-old Hugo Vasquez, of Spring Valley, was traveling southbound in the northbound lane when he struck another car head-on.

6h agoState police say a Spring Valley man was killed in an early morning accident on the Palisades Interstate Parkway.
It happened near Exit 18 in the town of Highland just before 5 a.m. Thursday.
Police say a car driven by 67-year-old Hugo Vasquez, of Spring Valley, was traveling southbound in the northbound lane when he struck another car head-on.
Vasquez was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The driver of the other car and two other passengers were taken to hospitals with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
Authorities say there were no signs of impairment involved in the collision.
