A 23-year-old accused of stabbing a New City man in his driveway last week is facing multiple charges.
Police say the victim was unloading his car in his driveway on Trailside Place Thursday when the suspect attacked him with a knife. He was hospitalized and is expected to recover.
The suspect has been identified as Elijah Dean, according to authorities. He was arraigned on Saturday with a bail set at $1 million.
Police say the charges against him include attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Dean is due back in court Thursday, according to authorities.
