State police said one woman was shot and killed Friday while officers were responding to a domestic incident in Hyde Park.

They were initially successful in de-escalating the incident, until 34-year-old Jamie Feith pulled out a knife.

A Taser was used on her but didn't work.  A Hyde Park officer then fired a fatal round.
Feith died at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
