Richard Fernandez, 40, of Pomona, is facing charges following a five-month investigation by the Rockland County District Attorney's Drug Task Force.

Fernandez was arrested after his home was searched, uncovering cocaine, fentanyl pills, and other drugs.

He has been charged with multiple counts of drug possession and sale.
