A supermarket chain executive from Rockland County was arrested Wednesday for allegedly trying to meet a teenage girl for sex.
New York City police say 59-year-old Michael Seltzer, of Pomona, planned to have a rendezvous with a 14-year-old girl he met online. Seltzer was arrested after the girl turned out to be an undercover cop, police say.
Seltzer is a top executive at New York City-based supermarket chain Gristedes.
Seltzer was arraigned Wednesday night and faces a number of charges, including attempted rape.
