Justin Bartley, 32, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Rose Berline Philippe, whose body was found last month at an Elmsford motel.

Bartley is accused of murdering Philippe in the presence of their 2-year-old son.

He was indicted on murder and endangering the welfare of a child.

During a brief court appearance, the attorney for Bartley plead not guilty on his behalf.

He is being held without bail and is due back in court on March 6, 2026.

Members of Roses' family say Bartley has shown aggressive tendencies previously, and just want justice for the "senseless killing."

They also say they are taking care of the 2-year-old child.
