Port Chester Mayor Luis Marino promoted the village's strong fiscal health during his first State of the Village address Wednesday night.
Marino said since 2019, Port Chester has increased its total funds from just over $6 million to nearly $18 million.
He also highlighted investments into infrastructure and greenspaces, like several storm and sanitary sewer projects, roads, parks and pedestrian and traffic improvements.
Marino said in the coming weeks, the village also hopes to start a $35 million sanitary sewer revitalization program.
When it comes to recreational improvements, the village is also now working to fund the rehabilitation of the gymnasium in the Village Hall complex.
