A Port Jervis man will spend 10 years in prison for creating ghost guns with a 3D printer.
Noah McCagg, 22, was arrested for and pleaded guilty to criminal weapons possession.
Investigators say after they caught McCagg with a ghost gun, they searched his Prospect Street home and found that he was creating weapons without serial numbers.
