A 32-year-old Poughkeepsie man, Michael Birney, has been accused of using a home on Robinson Lane in the Town of East Fishkill to store, manufacture, and distribute drugs.

Birney was arrested on Sunday after being seen in the area of Hooker Avenue. He is now facing drug and weapons charges.

The Dutchess Drug Task Force is handling the investigation and says that additional charges may be filed in the coming days.
