Police say they got a call about shots being fired from a car on Lent Street Sunday.
Officers later found the vehicle with two men inside and confiscated a gun from one of them, according to police.
Rashawn Murdoch is now charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
The incident happened on the same street a teen boy was shot last week. Police say the 17-year-old was shot in the wrist outside his home on Lent Street. He is expected to make a full recovery.
