All Putnam County government offices, with the exception of essential services, are closed Friday. 

Public transportation is also suspended, including Croton Falls Commuter, any fixed route PART system, Paratransit, and Veteran’s Transports. 

The Putnam County Emergency Operation Center is actively monitoring the situation and responding to incidents as needed.
