A Putnam County man is facing charges of unlawful surveillance of several people.
Carmel police say they received a complaint of a man attempting to take photos up the dress of a woman at a grocery store back on July 4.
The suspect took off by the time officers arrived. They say they discovered a second victim at the store.
Derrick Rocco, of Putnam Valley, was arrested more than a week later. Rocco was arraigned and released.
After a search warrant at his home and business, he was taken into custody again and charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child and unlawful surveillance.
He's being held in Putnam County Jail on $75,000 cash bail.
