Dozens of animals rescued from filthy, alleged hoarding and breeding case in Orange County

The Putnam County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is searching for loving homes for three dogs abandoned earlier this month.

The pups, now named River, Valley, and Rain, were found together on a dirt road and are currently in the care of the SPCA.

Anyone interested in adopting them can visit the SPCA website to learn more about the adoption process and submit an application.
