Queens man charged with illegally practicing dentistry in White Plains

A Queens man has been charged with illegally practicing dentistry in White Plains.

Cesar Masso, 78, has been charged with three counts of unauthorized practice of a profession.
According to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office and White Plains police, Masso provided services without a dental license, including examinations and tooth extractions.
He had set up a business as East Post Dental at 169 Grand St. in White Plains and accepted payments in cash or checks.
The examinations may have gone back as far as October 2019.
Anyone who was a patient can contact the DA's office or White Plains police.
