Recall Alert: Office chair sold at Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and HomeSense recalled

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the back of the chair can break and detach from the seat when people are sitting on it.

An office chair sold at Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and HomeSense has been recalled.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the back of the chair can break and detach from the seat when people are sitting on it. The commission has received 12 reports so far and says 10 people have been injured.
Some people reported strains, numbness, or bruising, and one reported a concussion.
Consumers are urged to stop using the chair and return it for a full refund.
