The FDA says 12-ounce jars of "Rao's Homemade Brand Roasted Red Peppers with Portobello Mushrooms" is being recalled because some jars may contain undeclared tree nuts.

People who have an allergy can experience serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this.

The recalled jars were distributed across retail stores in the Northeast and online.

Other condiments or sauces and soups under the Rao's Homemade brand are not affected.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
