Frigid Tuesday ahead of possible snow Thursday into Friday

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo says Tuesday and Wednesday will be frigid but dry.  She says there is a chance of snow Thursday and Friday. 
FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT:  Clear skies. Cold. Lows in the teens and 20s. Wind chill between 15-20.
TUESDAY:   Sunny skies. Frigid. Highs in the 30s, lows in the teens and 20s. Wind chill in the teens/20s.
WEDNESDAY:  Mostly sunny, brisk and cold. Breezy. Highs in the 30s, lows in the 20s. Wind chill in the teens/20s.
THURSDAY: A chance of a wintry mix or snow toward late afternoon or some spots could have all rain. Temperatures around 41.
FRIDAY: Wintry mix or rain possible. Temperatures in the 40s. 
MONDAY: Drying out. Cold. Highs around 39 and lows in the teens and 20s.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and cold. Highs in the 30s, lows in the teens and 20s.
