Police in New Square have arrested the man accused of setting another man on fire and trying to burn down his home for allegedly violating a restraining order in the case. Cops say Shaul Spitzer, 18, was arrested for violating a restraining order after police received a picture showing him outside the home of Aron Rottenberg. Spitzer allegedly tried to raze Rottenberg's home back in May since the two men worshiped at different synagogues. Under the terms of the order, Spitzer is not allowed anywhere near Rottenberg's home.
