Report: Stabbing at East Fishkill Amazon warehouse prompts lockdown

News 12 has learned about a reported stabbing at the Amazon warehouse in East Fishkill that happened on Thursday night.
Reports say the incident prompted a lockdown and may have contributed to a second medical emergency.
Multiple sources have come forward saying an employee was stabbed and the suspect fled.
News 12 was told the facility went into lockdown. While employees were in the cafeteria, sources say another worker suffered a seizure during the chaos, which required emergency medical care.
News 12 reached out to East Fishkill Police Department and state police for information but had not heard as of Friday evening.
A representative from Amazon told News 12 in a statement they're thankful everyone is safe and grateful to law enforcement for their swift response.
