Residents brave deep freeze after snow coating
The Hudson Valley woke up to bitter cold and wind chills making it feel well below zero degrees Tuesday, which will make Monday?s snow stick around a while longer.
White Plains commuters say there is no choice but to put up with the frigid temperatures. Residents waiting for buses at the White Plains bus depot Tuesday morning said layering and a cup of hot coffee do the trick for the most part. Gloves, hats and scarves were a must.
?I have like three shirts, like two sweaters, and I put a coat on so it's real hard,? says commuter Keishla Caro.
