Spring Valley residents say two recent nor'easters and record rainfall last month have led raw sewage to back up on some streets.
Because of all the rain, residents say storm water flowed into the sewer system and caused an overflow of waste that lasted for days after the storm ended.
Spring Valley Mayor Noramie Jasmin says she plans to meet with the sewer district this week to discuss how to fix the sewage problem.
