A group of Chestnut Ridge residents is speaking out against the construction of a church in the neighborhood.
Residents say the proposal by Foster Church to build a 16,000-square foot house of worship on Pascack Road would only add to traffic on an already busy road.
Ira Emanuel, the attorney for Foster Church, told News 12 Hudson Valley by phone that traffic studies have been conducted and are now being reviewed by the village's traffic experts.
