14h agoRockland County Executive Ed Day announced on Tuesday that all school districts in the county should have either officially opted into the countywide school bus safety program or indicated that they would do so shortly.
The program would add cameras to buses.
Day says about 50,000 drivers illegally pass stopped school buses in New York state every day.
