Rockland County man pleads guilty to sexually abusing a minor
Luis Quinac-Morales, 41, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a 12-year-old, according to the Rockland County District Attorney.

The district attorney says the abuse started in 2016.
Quinac-Morales will be sentenced in January, and could face 9 years in prison.
