6h agoYossi Gestetner, a Rockland County activist within the Orthodox Jewish community, spoke with News 12 about the Hamas terror attack on Israel over the weekend.
"The situation a few days ago was not an attack on a couple of military instillations where there was collateral damage of civilians," said Gestetner. "You had a situation where barbaric savages went and targeted, for gruesome butchery, hundreds upon hundreds of civilians including young kids."
He also says it is vital that the local Jewish community step up security.
For people who want to help those impacted by the war, The Jewish Federation & Foundation of Rockland County has started collecting donations.
