A Rockland County pharmacy is vaccinating kids ages 12 and up Thursday and Friday.
New City Pharmacy began building its waitlist for preteens last week in anticipation of the FDA's approval.
The moment that age group became eligible, the pharmacy lined up appointments.
It is also the only site in Rockland County this week to receive vaccines, and had no issues filling slots - all of its appointments are booked.
If anyone you know still needs to get vaccinated, the Rockland County Health Department is having a clinic next Wednesday for ages 12 and up from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome.
