Rollover crash destroys car in Ulster County
A car was destroyed in a rollover crash on Abeel Street in Kingston late Sunday night.

A car was destroyed in a rollover crash on Abeel Street in Kingston late Sunday night.
The Kingston Fire Department responded to the scene around 9 p.m. and found the vehicle on its roof, next to a broken communications pole and downed wires.
The driver escaped the car before emergency crews arrived and was evaluated by EMTs and paramedics at the scene.
The driver refused transportation to the hospital.
The broken pole did not carry electric wires, according to the fire department.
Crews removed the car from the road after about an hour.
