STORM WATCH: Severe thunderstorms Monday night in the Hudson Valley
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a slight risk (Level 2 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms in the Lower Hudson Valley.

OVERNIGHT: A few showers are expected overnight.
MONDAY: Areas of fog Monday morning as a warm front pushes north during the morning. Temperatures will become mild and even warm rather quickly on Monday. Breezy southerly winds and pockets of sunshine will break through some of the clouds early in the afternoon just before storms fire off Monday evening.
STORM WATCH: Expecting showers to start around 5 p.m. with heavy rain and thunderstorms developing between 6-9 p.m. Thunderstorms could be strong and even severe, especially for areas north and west of Westchester County. Gusts could be from 50-60 mph from these storms with heavy rainfall.
