A second victim of the triple shooting on Hoe Avenue died Saturday.Nicholas Maldonado, 29, died from gunshot wounds to the head and arm sustained Friday night. Police found Maldonado's 23-year-old girlfriend Jessica Gonzalez dead at the scene.

Officials believe Gonzalez's ex-boyfriend, Muammer Aldailam, shot the two and another man moments after being dumped. Police are still searching for Aldailam.

Family and friends told News 12 The Bronx that Maldonado had been in a coma and never awoke.

The third shooting victim was wounded in the arm and is expected to recover.
