Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) may have come late, but made an impact at a forum at Hostos Community College Friday to discuss issues affecting the Latino community.
Clinton focused on the problems with immigration policies at the Latino Agenda 2008 forum. She says keeping families together should be a priority.
The Democratic senator also spoke about what she called an education crisis in the Bronx Latino communities. ?I think our job in education is to help children live up to their potential,? said Clinton
Clinton says better leadership is the key. She says it is about changing the priorities in the federal budget and dedicating more money to solving the issues. Clinton vowed she would do exactly that if she becomes president.
