Sen. Edward Durr, the man who took Steve Sweeney's seat in New Jersey Senate, wants to get rid of masks in schools.

Durr introduced a new bill that would require schools to get approval from parents before mandating masks.

Durr argues since the FDA classifies masks as medical devices, no minor should be required to wear one without a parent or guardian's consent.
