The murder sentencing for former Briarcliff Manor police officer Nicholas Tartaglione has been delayed again.
Tartaglione was convicted last April in the murder of four immigrants in Orange County over a drug deal.
Tartaglione was set to be sentenced next Wednesday, but that has now been moved to May 21. He was originally scheduled to be sentenced in October.
This delay is partly due to the defense filing a motion for a new trial.
Tartaglione faces life without parole when sentenced.
