The Modena service area on I-87 has been reopened, according to officials.
The area located southbound between Exits 17 and 18 now has electric vehicle charging stations.
It has a playground and space for dog walking. Inside, there is also a Burger King, Popeyes and a Dunkin’ with a drive through.
