Snow emergency declared in Orange County
Drivers are being asked to stay off Orange County roads until 7 a.m. Friday after a snow emergency was declared.
Orange County Executive Ed Diana says only vehicles that are removing snow or salting the roads should be out.
The steady snowfall has made it difficult for crews to clear the roads.
