Travelers at the Westchester County Airport are arriving to find out their flights have been canceled due to the blizzard that hit the East Coast Sunday.

Families trying to get home from the holidays or about to go on vacations have been forced to alter their plans, as the storm is expected to drop more than a foot of snow in parts of the region, causing numerous flight cancelations.

Bee-Line buses in are operating on a Sunday schedule, and there is no paratransit service.

Airlines ask that travelers check to see if their flights have been canceled before traveling to the airport. Some airlines are offering one-time itinerary changes without fees.
