The Social Security Administration is closing its hearing office at 75 South Broadway in White Plains at the end of May.
A spokesperson says the landlord did not renew the lease and there are no plans to replace the office.
Judges and staff have been reassigned to other offices.
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand has asked the administration to find a new hearing office in the Lower Hudson Valley.
