Hudson Valley residents took to the malls Sunday as the final make-or-break shopping weekend of the holiday season drew to a close.
Though many people turned out, the numbers were expected to be lower compared with previous years as the slumping economy and bad weather altered spending habits.
?We're definitely last-minute shoppers,? says one shopper. ?Always plan ahead, but shop at the last minute.?
