Spring Valley man accused of raping 7-year-old
Police say they have arrested a Spring Valley man for raping a 7-year-old girl. Juan Miz-hurumbay-Guaman, 39, is facing rape and sexual abuse charges. Police say the abuse happened over this past summer.

Juan Miz-hurumbay-Guaman, 39, is facing rape and sexual abuse charges.
Police say the abuse happened over this past summer.
Miz-hurumbay-Guaman was friends with the young girl?s family and lived in their house, according to officials.
