According to the Town of Ramapo Police Department, the 33-year-old suspect was apprehended Wednesday.
He is facing charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal contempt.
The name of the business remains undisclosed.
Following his arraignment, the man has been released without bail, with instructions to appear in court next Tuesday.
