Summer feel continues before changes arrive this weekend

A woman from Spring Valley is facing charges after a man was stabbed near a church last week.

Village police say 30-year-old Shanice Ramsay has been charged with assault and attempted robbery.

The incident happened near 11 East Church St., close to the Church of Nazarene.

Officers found the man with multiple lacerations and a stab wound.

Ramsay is currently being held in the Rockland County Jail.
