It's no secret that the pandemic has taken a toll on our mental health, so a Hudson Valley hospital is trying something different to help people overcome these stresses.
St. Vincent's of Westchester has started a new campaign on its Instagram account by posting videos from professionals or pictures to help children, adolescents or adults find the help they need.
It was the brainchild of two therapists there - Karlie Mueller and Allison Lasala.
"It's really about bringing the community together, and this has been a really hard year for everyone. We're kind of starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, so we're trying to promote health and wellbeing. And people are not struggling alone," says Mueller.
"Things don't go away you have to work on them, so we are going to see more and more individuals seeking help or we're going to see more problems in people who haven't experienced that," says Lasala.
