State police: 1 in custody, 2 sought following Westchester County pursuit

Police say the pursuit came after a gas station burglary on Route 6 in Cortlandt Sunday night. On Monday morning, Ossining police observed a suspicious car at the gas station and began a pursuit.

State police say one person is in custody and two others are at large following a pursuit Monday morning in Westchester County.
Police say the pursuit came after a gas station burglary on Route 6 in Cortlandt Sunday night. On Monday morning, Ossining police observed a suspicious car at the gas station and began a pursuit.
The vehicle entered the Village of Tarrytown where it sideswiped a vehicle before taking off again.
The Irvington School District went into a lockout as a precaution.
Police say there is no threat to the public.
No information about the suspect in custody has been released.
